Frequently Asked Questions
When you make an order through PayPal, I receive a notice letting me know your order was placed. I will send you an email that has a link to your download page. Please download your games within 48 hours. After that time the link will be deactivated. Thank you!
Note: Perkilou Products are downloadable game files
that you print, then play. They are not sent through the mail, they are
downloaded through the internet.
Why haven't I received my games? You should receive an email from me within 1-2 days of purchase. I will send this email to your PayPal email address unless you request that I send it to a different address. If you have not received an email from me within 1-2 days, look in your SPAM folder (especially if you have never received mail from me before). If for some reason you have not received the games you ordered within 1-2 days of purchase, please e-mail perkilou@yahoo.com and let me know. Occasionally emails do not go through; I would rather know you are still waiting for your games than assume you have already received them.
How do I
open my games? On your download page, you should see the names of the games you ordered, right click on each link and choose "Save Target As...". Name the file and remember where you have saved it (i.e. My Documents, etc.).
The games are saved in PDF
file format and can be viewed with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Some sets are sent in
zip files (a bunch of PDF documents in one folder). 1. Save them by right clicking on the file name

I suggest printing most of the games on card stock, then laminating. Print the board games and file folder games on regular paper then mount in file folders and laminate (print any playing cards that come with these games on card stock). I print the games with my printer set to print in "Normal" instead of "Draft".
